I'm the one who decides what happens to your details, so if you have a question about them, you come to me: [email protected].
My representative in the UK, for anything to do with UK data protection law, is Graham Hurst. You can reach him at the same address, [email protected].
I don't sell your details, and I never will. I don't use them to make automatic decisions about you.
I use a small number of tools to run the business. They hold your details for me and can only use them to do that job:
Most of these companies are based in the United States, so your details may be stored there. Where that happens, I rely on the protections those companies offer for sending data abroad, such as standard contractual clauses.
I'd also share your details if the law made me, for example with a tax authority or a court.
If you unsubscribe from my emails, I keep your email address on a "do not send" list, so you don't get added back by mistake.
When you first visit, a banner asks if I can use cookies. Nothing that tracks you loads unless you press Accept.
ssc_consent, that remembers whether you said yes or no. Without it, the banner would ask you on every page. You can change your mind any time with , which is also at the bottom of every page. Booking calendars and forms are run by HighLevel and may use their own cookies to work properly.
You can ask me to:
Just email [email protected]. It's free, and I'll reply within a month. I might ask you to confirm who you are first, so I don't hand your details to someone else.
If you're not happy with how I've handled your details, tell me first and I'll do my best to fix it. If you're in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you're in the EU, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
This site and my services are for business owners. They're not meant for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect children's details.
If I change how I use your details, I'll update this page and the date at the top. If it's a big change, I'll email you too.
