Some of the work.

A few of the coaches and clinics I've built for. Pick one to see what they do, what was going wrong, and what I built to fix it.

The Play Fitness & Coaching website on a laptop and a phone

What they do

Small group strength training for midlife women in Brighton, starting with a five week beginners programme.

The problem

Every lead was chased by hand, from a form to WhatsApp to Calendly, across five tools stitched together. Plenty of interest, but people dropped off before their first session.

What I built

The full funnel. A landing page for the five week programme, an application form, booking calendars, automatic follow up, and Meta ads pointing at the page.

The Program Pro website on a laptop and a phone

What they do

A programme design certification for personal trainers who coach everyday clients.

The problem

Dan was relaunching the course and wanted to pre-sell it before recording the new modules. The old page did not match the quality of the course.

What I built

A 17 section sales page with his intro video up top, eight testimonials, real screenshots of all ten modules, and a straight run to checkout.

The Blue Light Lifestyle website on a laptop and a phone

What they do

Fitness, mental health and weight loss coaching for police and emergency service workers, plus an app built around shift work.

The problem

104,000 followers on Instagram, but nothing turning that attention into income.

What I built

A waitlist page for the new app on his own brand. His video up top, the app screens, his story and real testimonials, all feeding sign ups ahead of launch.

The KD Coaching website on a laptop and a phone

What they do

Online coaching for women heading into perimenopause and menopause, from a certified menopause coach.

The problem

Newly qualified and starting from nothing. She came to me for a logo, but had no brand, no website and no way to take on clients.

What I built

The lot in one go. A logo and brand guidelines, a website with an application form and booking built in, and onboarding guides for new clients.

The 365 MTHD website on a laptop and a phone

What they do

Hybrid, HYROX and functional fitness coaching for busy parents who want results without living in the gym.

The problem

No website, only social media, so nowhere to send people. And the parents he wants to train have usually had a PT hand them a generic plan, so they were not clear what Jamie does or what it costs.

What I built

A site in his own words. The method, real client stories, his story as a single dad, and every button going to his application form.

The James Sutton Coaching website on a laptop and a phone

James Sutton Coaching

Visit jamessuttoncoaching.com

What they do

A 12 month coaching system for men aged 35 to 45, online or in person at his private facility in Long Eaton.

The problem

No website, only social media. People were interested, but there was nowhere to send them.

What I built

A seven page website written from his own copy: home, about, his approach, results, FAQs, an application page and personal training, plus a newsletter sign up page.

The Ginger Snaps PT website on a laptop and a phone

What they do

Bespoke personal training for women. Her Growth Era programme is about getting stronger and leaner without restriction.

The problem

Everything ran through social media. There was no website, so nowhere to send the people who were interested.

What I built

Her brand look, a Canva design kit, a landing page with discovery call booking built in, and social media carousels.

The Lake District Massage website on a laptop and a phone

Lake District Massage

Launching soon

What they do

Sports massage, rehab, dry needling and cupping in Cockermouth, with Oli and Amy.

The problem

Every booking came in over WhatsApp and was booked in by hand. The reminder emails could not be changed, there was no follow up, and deposits had been dropped because refunds were a faff.

What I built

A phone first site where every button goes to booking. Oli and Amy each have their own diary, with deposits, reminders, a cancellation policy and Google review requests.
